All 3 carp fishing lakes here at Eden’s Lakes are fed by a number of sources which include streams and natural springs and were constructed in 1994 as part of a specific plan to create a fish farm that would produce fish for the table. The site is built on very rich agricultural land and is extremely high in nutrients and natural foods, this is what sets us out from other venues, making it an outstanding environment for our fish.
The North Lake is 5 acres in size whilst the Simon’s Lake and the Jolly Pad Lake are 3 acres. All 3 carp fishing lakes have a diagram marking depths and areas to watch out for on the relating pages.

Our Toilet and shower facilities are situated in the chalet by the North Lake
The lake beds are made up of mainly clay with several silt and gravel areas that the fish clearly frequent. A marker rod can be an essential tool as during the nettings we found there are many areas were the fish have fed hard and created deeper holes on the lake beds and these are also great areas to look out for although modern baitboats and their technology are just as useful.
