As some of you may be aware we had Adam Penning with us here at Eden’s Lakes along with Matt Reynolds for a tutorial week that is going to be a feature in a well known carp magazine.
They arrived last Saturday to what was the start of very bad week weatherwise, freezing temperatures, wind & rain, hail & more rain infact we didn’t get any sign of sunshine until Thursday.
Despite the bad weather the lads tried a mixture of tactics and had great success, with a 23lb common, 34.12lb common, 35lb common, 36lb mirror, 42lb mirror, 42.02lb mirror and 45lb mirror.
I will post the pictures as I go and have a great video of Mr P and his 45lb mirror which will be uploaded to Youtube and be accessible through our video channel on our website, and a pristine common of 34.12lb. I also managed to bank a cracking 39lb mirror whilst getting out on the bank with the guys in some terrible weather and torrential rain.
